Yes, all patients are required to register first to avail any service at Apollo Hospitals Dhaka. This once-only registration is simple and easy, and will create a unique patient number (UHID) for you with an accessible online database which will store all your medical records and prescriptions while you are being treated under Apollo Hospitals Dhaka for life-long use. We respect your religious beliefs. There is a prayer room in the basement of the hospital for males and at level-4 for females.
The 6TH floor restaurant, “Apollo Food Village”, is open from 8.30 am to 10.00 pm every day. Apollo Food Village offers hygienic and tasty local and continental cuisine, including soups, salads, snacks, tandoori, grills, ice-creams, milk shakes, cocktails, and fresh juices. The restaurant has both buffet and à la carte (according to the menu) facilities to choose from.
A food stall is also located in the hospital’s atrium, offering tasty, but light meals and refreshments that are freshly prepared daily. A number of Nescafe coffee stalls are situated in the atrium and main reception areas to cater to patients and visitors.
An ATM booth of Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd. (DBBL) & Standard Chartered Bank is available at level-6 (beside Food Village), accessible from the capsule lift at the entrance of the main lobby.

For the safety of our patients, their caregivers and visitors, we ask you to limit visits to the hours specified below:

Evening:5.00 pm to 7.00 p
No, visitors are not allowed to bring flowers and food from outside. These are sources of spreading infection, and hence, strictly prohibited in the hospital. The hospital provides the patient with diet prescribed his/her doctor. Children below 12 years of age are also not allowed as visitors as they are more susceptible to infections.
